Tim Duncan is Engineering Manager/R&D Engineer at Wagner Meters Products where his primary focus is Research and Development in moisture measurement systems. Tim received his B.A. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Capella University. Tim spent seven years with UC Berkeley’s Electronics Research Laboratory as a Programmer/Analyst. Before joining Wagner in 2006, Tim also worked with start-up OnWafer Technologies, designing and developing their core metrology statistical software suite.
