Finishing Manager
Salary: 45-65K+
Mid-South area

Reports to Operations Manager
5 plus years' experience as Finishing Manager

Keys for Position:
•   Color Matching & special finishes
•   Knowledge of flat line and spray booth operations
•   Ability to spray finishes & an eye for attention to detail

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
•   20-30 Finishing Departmental Employees supervised
•   Experience with equipment trouble shooting and maintenance
•   Complete understanding of the methods and practices of high end finishing
•   Verifiable knowledge of and experience with the close grain finishes, color matching, special finishes and related techniques
